Glad I bought this game that wont launch

and no i refuse to run it on freakin windows 98/me and in 1280/720. I paid for a game I want to play it in 1080p, that's my monitor's resolution.
this is complete garbage, NiS - you never fixed this issue after 2 years!? TWO YEARS.

i figured out how to get it working. It's not a secret this game has had issues since 2016, look at the troubleshooting forums for evidence of that.
what resolution you playing it at btw?

sadly, needed to use Locale emulator, and luanch the game in japanese admin.
which makes literally no sense, since im on a japanese pc, in Japan. lol.
top kek, 0 effs were given by the devs to this port.

Well... Mine seem to work just fine and never seem to fail on my point of view. I not sure why your game fail to work.

I don't think resolution is the problem. I can play it on window mode. If you really want to know my resolution is 1920x1080. I can make my resolution smaller then 1000. It still run any way in window mode.
