Dead Space 3 rate of fire and upgrade circuits

Hey guys I found out a few things while playing DS3. First the in-game Vsync is set to 30 fps instead of 60 fps. I found out the rate of fire for automatic weapons is faster when the game is set to true Vsync. http://youtu.be/7x0Rfa8K1Yk It makes a big difference with the Chain Gun. Also when upgrading your weapon stats you can add more damage, clip, etc. to the weapon even if the graph is maxed out. http://youtu.be/K6KvLwvshso This can make a big difference once you beat the game and have the +3 upgrade circuits. I searched on Youtube and I couldn't find anything about these two things and I don't beleive it is common knowledge so I wanted to get the word out there because they can make the game alot easier especially on impossible.

Disable vsync in-game, then under the Nvidia control panel/ Radeon Catalyst force Vsync on; get your 60 fps back.

in the second video, at 4;44 you said 6 shots, actually if you look closely you missed a shot, so it was 5, you can see the bullet hit the wall in the back.

Could you make a walk-through video to show how to force Vsync and the proper "Tweaks". Not going to lie I'm afraid I may mess something up on my GPU

I want you to download the new drivers because they included Dead Space 3 (otherwise you have to find the exe. yourself so you can force settings with Nvidia).

Right click your desktop, then left click on Nvidia Control Panel. Now on the lift that is on the left side, left click on Manage 3D Settings. Once you click on this you will see two tabs; Global Settings and Program Settings. Left click on program settings. You will see a checked box below that says "Show only programs found on this computer". Uncheck that box. Now you should be able to scroll down the program list to find Dead Space 3. Left click on Dead Space 3, and Vsync will be at the very bottom of the settings. switch it to on, hit apply and you're good to go. Hope this helped :)

I didn't miss a shot. The plasma cutter is a wide beam and if at least part of it hits the target it is condsidered a hit. The line gun is even wider but as long as part of the beam hits the target it counts as a full damage hit.
