Dead Space Severed Coming To PC?

Hello Everyone,

I have purchased Dead Space 2 and played it, however after completing it, i started to wonder if it had any DLC, so i searched the web and found a game called 'Dead Space 2: Severed' which was indeed some DLC. I saw some Lets Plays on youtube, and it looked AWESOME. Thats when i found out it was only for PS3 and Xbox, both of which i did not own. I wondered if there was a place where i could download Gabe Wellers Suit/Weapons (Gabe Weller was the main character of Severed, not Isaac) as i found them to look amazing, if there is i would be very happy if you could post a link to the site:D

If they haven't put it up yet in three years, I guess it's pretty safe to say they won't ever. I assumed though that it already came with the game just like the other dlc Steam just threw in there. Oh well

Well it is available on PC, you just have to buy it on origin but that can't be used with your steam copy of DS2, it's a real shame

I don't believe that's true. I've never heard of Severed being available for PC at all, niether on Steam nor Origin. I even double checked the Origin store just to make sure I wasn't missing something, and I still don't see it listed there.

too bad they didn't release "Dead Space: Ignition" for the PC, because that DLC is used to unlock 4 specific rooms in "Dead Space 2". I remember watching some achievement videos about this on YouTube about a year or so ago.

I remember seeing somewhere that the Hacker suit and contact beam (so supposedly the conduit rooms too) become unlocked for PC after you've finished the game once. I've not finsished yet myself so I can't say for sure though.
