how to get rid of all the extra stuff in shop

There all these different crazy weapons and armors in the shop and I just want to play vanilla does anybody know how??

Yeah I wanted the same exact thing when I started playing ds2 so I just ignored all the free stuff, hope someone gives you a better solution

there aren´t the guns from the vanilla, its like a variation of them so u can ignore them and buy the original weapons. I had the same question yesterday and i hope i help you

Thats the thing is I only see the variations I don't see the regular versions of the guns or armor

You collect the regular weapons and armor as you progress through the game. Just like in Dead Space 1.

I think its apart of some dlc that comes with the game that they don't make optional when installing.

it is there. Engineer armor is at the very bottom of the list in the first shop and it costs 1000 just pay attention and check again. Also, all dlc items have modifications which look like a small round icon near item icon - original items dont have that.

go to your steam library,
choose the game,
find the "manage" button - the gear in the very right side (somewhere in the middle of the right side)
click the button
hover the manage in the opened menu
in context menu choose CD keys
click to check out your key
It should work for most games that require CD keys.

In case you don't want to download a .exe from a third party website, you can just "buy" everything (0 credit cost) and store it in the bank.
The rigs will take a few minutes though, because of the seemingly unskippable cutscene every time you buy one.

^Do NOT do this.

If you store everything in the bank, the game can glitch and get you stuck in an infinite loading screen when you die. This happens randomly, but when it does it will happen consistently afterwards.

The solution would then be to sell the DLC weapons and they’ll return to the shop at costing 0 again

It's some bonus content from the DLC's.
