You're adorable, pal.
First. Your biggest mistake was not starting
off with Zealot in the first place. That is how the
game is meant to be played.
Second, Kinessis is the great way of conserving
ammo, as it allows you to lob the sharp necromorph
pieces at the enemy. (You can also grab puker spit)
Third, stasis is the Saviour we all wanted and neglecting
its powers, especially against the faster enemies
means that your flesh will be raped multiple times.
Fourth That is why, you should also
keep multiple saves.
I've beaten this game at least 7 times
so you should probably heed my words.
There is absolutely no need for your condesending attitude about me being "adorable". I had simply never played the Zealot mode on Dead Space 2 because you get what you get as far as ammo and moey and thats it. Playing the lower difficulties a few times helps you familiarize yourself with where all the secret and hidden items are like the Semiconductors.
1.) I never start with the ridiculous difficulty levels. Thats completely absurd. That is your opinion, your choice to do. I started with Survivalist in Dead Space 2 because I had played Dead Space more than enough times to learn how to manage my ammo consumption and my credit use. Dead Space 3 was a different animal all together with the crafting and no credits.
2 and 3.) Did you not read the part where I said I had to use a lot of stasis and Kinesis to get through fights? There was one fight where I had 7 shots left, 10 necromorphs chasing me and I was killing them 1 at a time using Stasis and their own limbs. I died close to 50 times on that one fight because sometimes you get health and stasis packs to drop and sometimes you don't.
4.) Multiple saves is a crappy way of resetting your progress when stuff goes bad. Have one save, make good choices. Skipping back half way through the game is kind of a cheat because you will know where all the ammo drops are for that playthrough. Kind of negates your first opinion on starting with Zealot. One extra save is fine if the game has a glitch or something that prevents you from progressing (which rarely happens). My issue was just a result of a lot of missed/wasted shots during the regenerating necro phase before you get into the Nicole fight.
I have beaten the game dozens of times as well. I have also beaten Dead Space 3 at least 20 times on my Origin account on higher difficulty modes too because that game is a little less linier and you can farm a lot of materials with the scavenger bots both in space and on the ships to craft custom weapons and have a ton of health packs. I always have the Plasma Cutter and a telemetry spike and grenade/rocket launcher combo.
The point I am making is that the Nicole fight needs to have some ammo drops or spawns at the ends of the small map in casew that happens. I spent 15 minutes per fight just getting past the first phase because I had no ammo after the regenerating necro gauntlet!!
I literally find you adorable
I wrote an entire essey of an answer!!! And the damn thing is lost now!
long story short, i will repeat that sometimes
the hard is the way to be played
Forcing you into the scenario closest
to the desired product, making you
quickly adapt, improvise, overcome
or be killed.
And again, ammo drops are completely random
in the loot they contain. A life saving health pack now,
a needless ammo, later
The occupant arrived!
I'd advise against sifting it through
Google translate, as 50 percent will be lost
Occupant saying?
I don't get it
Whatever this
creature's blabbering.
Can you understand?
Also you can punch her? I got killed multiple times by just letting her get too close to me while trying to dodge the shrieking children. I had to reload a bunch of times just on survivalist because, as I hadn't realized until it was too late, apparently the entire last chapter is basically just designed to dump all your ammo, stasis, and health packs so by the time I got there I had no health packs and little ammo left. The little buggers were too fast and too many for me to even bother with trying to kill them all and grabbing the dropped ammo so I ended up just focusing entirely on shooting nicole and then the forming brethren moon above the marker. Although I also stupidly left a bunch of medpacs in my safe and iirc had money leftover maybe, spending the game being all scrooge mcduck not realising this was the very end.
He say, how OP have such hard time, and ask, why you not git gud instead of bringing politics? And I say, you are pidoran.
