Titan Station survivors
The gov was evacuating people from the sprawl in dead space 2. What did they do with the survivors after that?

Is there even any mention of the titan station outbreak in dead space 3?

No. Dead Space 3 tells another story - too different from the others.

Such tragic outbreaks would
definitely be kept a locked secret,
As not to inicite panic.
Most likely those to be evacuated
died either with sprawl, or before the latter's
demise

A lot of people were indirectly influenced by the Marker as they were escaping the station, maybe they all went insane and became the Unitologist zealots we fight in part 3.
