1: Whenever the Marker tried to affect Isaac after the events of the Ishimura, it failed. Isaac remained strong minded, not matter what. Seeing him getting crazy AFTER the Ishimura is just way too out of character for me. It just doesn't do him justice.
2: It's weird to see Norton as a necromorph, considering what 99% of people did to his body after Isaac shot him dead.
3: It just doesn't make any sense that Isaac and Carver both survived that fall. Even though it's "powerful alien technology", it's idiotic to even think about that. Isaac is a badass, but not unkillable. If the fall didn't get them, I'm pretty sure the weight of the moon falling on his body did.
Not just that, but also because it's way better to have Isaac sacrifing himself to save mankind, rather than having him being affected by the other moon and then a black screen, followed by the cliffhanger of a game that we'll probably never get. But that might just be me, though...
First remains to be the best one because it wasn't linear and back then all was novel etc. More creepier/scarier too.
