Chapter 13 bug?

Well this bug occurs in the zone where appears a brute necromorph (chapter 13) the problem i have is that there isnt any hacking pannel to open the only door in thet zone.
¿ does anyone know how to solve this problem? i already restarted the game and also installed the game again (with a security copy) but no results. ¿Any other method?

Try verifying the integrity of cache files. This procedure commonly solve such things as scripts during the game that ain't showing.

Hi, i ve just verified the cache files but the hacking pannel still doesnt appear, but anyways thanks for ur help :D

Make a video about it or post screenshot and let me indentify what is the problem.
By the way were you modding your game? Sometimes editing the file can cause oddness.

I didnt touch the files of the game btw its just a game bug i think, i think the best idea would be to start a new game, but i dont know if this problem will remain.

Whoa! I am shocked...I never encounter this form of problem in my playtime...I've did recently seen enemies not triggering some scripts when not showing in the scene like on chapter 2 during the outbreak when you enter the residential area and the apartment door blow up and instead of coming out a necromorph....nothing came out. After an hour playing on hardcore difficult...the game crash out of nowhere. Then I putt to verify the integrity of cache files and the problem got fixed.

This is my story of perspective but in your case and my last guess is your hardware. Do you have any on-board equipment like video card itself? Sometimes on-board video cards may present artefacts and bugs.
