Refurbished Plasma Cutter vs Forged Plasma Cutter

I read from multiple sources they're one and the same but the Forged one has a neat +10% damage bonus and a -5% reload speed perk.

The Refurbished Plasma Cutter doesn't have those.

The refurbished plasma cutter should well appear in your inventory at the first store location if you have played dead space 1 PC same account and has the same stats and upgrade tree as the original (although not shared i.e. if you upgrade damage on the refurbished damage won't increase in the normal one). It will be free upon arrival.

Yeah I have it already. The Forged one I think is a DLC and is the superior weapon right?
