Cruiser/Chopper style motorcycles?

But what for? Choppers/cruisers are bikes that were made with calm ride ride. And Ride is about racing...there will be small amount of ppl who will use them and to make a model of a motorcycle is not an hour of two. Will you just ride on virtual tracks and sightsee? How long will you play with those bikes? Look into multiplayer 90%of the bikes used are superbikes or supersports, other motorcycles do not count in competition.

yes , true , but many poeple buy it becose of the love for bikes and the ones that love bobbers and choppers and cruisers are left out , well a good dlc would solve that issue

I had to get in on this thread. Im a chop man. I build them day in day out. one of my last builds was a GSXR1100 in a "Hardtail" frame. this thing was a widow maker lads! a young prospect wanted to buy it and I said no way, this has to go to someone with years of big bike and chop riding. she's called...

this is a quick e.g of how chops can and DO eat a lot of the bikes they meet on the road. just remember chops and trikes can be power houses lads.

While it would be a nice addition for cruiser style bike fans, I would rather Milestone not dilute the game further by adding yet another class of bike to ride. I don't mind the naked/standard bikes and the supermoto class is fun (needs more dedicated sumo tracks though) but I spend 90% of the time playing with the sportbikes and if the other classes disappeared it wouldn't bother me.

Yea as much as I like chops n' that Im in agreement there, I'd rather have racing bikes than bike I see everyday kina.

Dilute the game? What does that mean? How about more choices mean more people which in turn means more money for the company. You loose absolutly nothing by that. Not one thing!

I'm one of the people that would buy this game instantly if there was more variety. So the devs are loosing one customer at least, and by the looks of the comments i'm not alone.

First of your tone sucks, no need to insult anyone. If you dont know what "Dilute the game" means then go get an education then you might understand what he ment. your the type who needs tones of CRAP to keep your shallow mind happy. Someone who is a bike lover can see most of the bikes in RIDE2 are pointless being there, time that could have been spent giving us something we wanted or bug fixing would have been better.

If it were a standalone DLC and had no bearing on the normal game progression I would support a cruiser bike option. I woulnd't buy it myself, but as I said in my earlier post that you slammed, it would be a nice addition for cruiser fans.

However, considering the already niche market this game appeals to I doubt that milestone is going to spend the time and money to model a bunch of cruisers and tracks for them to ride on, in an attempt to appeal to a niche market within a niche. Have you ever been to an open track day ? How many cruisers did you see ? I've never seen any and that tells me the level of interest that people who own cruisers have for running thier bikes on a closed raceway.

I was sad when I didn't see my Kawasaki Versys 650... which could've kept up with a lot of the bikes in the game top speed-wise and cornering. It's a sport-touring bike, so it's got the sport capabilities in it, but not as high power as a sportbike of course. I've kept up and even passed a few local riders on their sportbikes with my Versys. :P
