Cheat money, lol. Otherwise you have to win races in World Tour, no other way.

imho 5k credits are too much. You can buy your dream bikes after 4-6 races, too fast :)

For the tokens that you get by completing the challenges you can buy a bonus in ride bonus menu that gives you +15% of cash after each race.

Where is the bonus menu? I haven't found a place to buy a bonus for +15% cash.

In your rider menu, rider bonus if I remember correctly.

You can make some decent cash doing the Invitationals and Team Events, which also give you a bike for finishing on the podium, though they only pay once. The Championships pay per race with a decent bonus on top if you' win the championship.

But as has previously been said, managing the tokens/bonuses is the most effective long term strategy and changing the settings during Season Events to pay out the maximum. Things like turning off the anti-wheelie will give you an extra 4%, turning off the full trajectory line, joint brakes, increasing AI difficulty etc., all contribute a little. Micro-manage everything correctly and you can get around 6500 - 7500 credits per win.

After I reached 51 bikes in my garage, the 100 Wheels achievement popped, so I started selling off some bikes i didn't like riding and used the cash to buy tokens. 20k = 1 token, which isn't great but every little helps. :)
