Can't get past login

I start the game up and put my EA login into the menu and then I get a window to come up and its just white and sits there, never doing anything and its basically a game freeze up. I've tried some suggestions from EA and Steam, neither work. Anyone have any idea?

Did you disable UAC as indicated on the store page for this game?(if using Windows 7)

same here cant get past login. keeps saying i lost internet connection. money well wasted.

I am getting the same issue the log in loads then it goes to a black screen that does nothing. Sometimes I hear sound but thats it.

Did your verify your game cache?

Do you have dual monitors? That is what it was for me - diable one and got past that point.

I updated all of my drivers...for everything and re-downloaded the game and got it to work. So not really sure what fixed it but something did. Too bad I hate the damn game lol. I can only play it in multiplayer with a friend, and thats just because we can make fun of the game while playing it lol. Yeah this was so not even worth the money, hopefully C&C 5 redeems all of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
