Registering or retrieving lost login
Hi,

Can I still register a new account for C&C4? I recently bought it on Steam after finishing the non-Steam version years ago. However, I can not remember my user details I used for the non-Stean version and when I go to create a new account I receive a custom 404 error.

Go to Origin.com and create a new account. That should work with all EA games from the last 8 years or so.

My Origin login info works just fine for Origin but not for this game.

Go to Origin.com and create a new account. That should work with all EA games from the last 8 years or so.

So that works even with games that are on Steam and not Origin? I thought I would need to use the Origin download system?

Origin accounts are just a rebranding of the EA account systems that had been in place for years. I.e. if you ever signed up for an account for say Dragon Age 1&2, Battlefield 2, Bad Company 2, Mass Effect 2, The Sims 3 SWTOR, some old F2P EA game like Battlefield Heroes, etc then your login details would work with Origin and vice versa.
