...Is there a way to play this game offline?

EA recently released all of the C&C games on steam and I wanted to buy them because I wanted to go through the entire franchise. Apparently the fourth game does not "work" because it was a online only game making this game on steam a legitimate scam cause you can't play it apparently. Also apparently it had very little content and missions to do? Regardless is there still a way for me to playthrough them? I bought the bundle because I was trying to buy certain C&C games through steamdb individually that I didn't own and I didn't want 4 cause from what I read it didn't work and I didn't want the first C&C game and the first red alert game cause I own the remaster. I was only able to purchase red alert 2 through steamdb individually, but the other good C&C games that I didn't own I couldn't get without buying them through this bundle.

...regardless can you still playthrough this game?

install the game in origin and launch it via .exe in the game folder

I got it to work thanks to -> eXtreMe and someone from another forum.

1. Your EA password needs to be really short (not longer than 8 chars).

2. Run the game from the install folder instead out of your steam libary --->
Steam\steamapps\common\Command\cnc4.exe

3. But here is where mine differ from extreme, I need to make sure to run the game (cnc4.exe ) as admin (right mouse click -> run as admin.

You could maybe change the settings of the cnc4.exe properties to force admin mode always on.

Due to the influx of players, the C&C4 servers are having some problems with initial login. If you receive a General system error message, the only option is to keep trying.

You can skip the initial launcher by putting the following in your Steam launch options: cmd /c ""PATH-TO-GAMEFOLDER\Data\CNC4.game" -config "..\CNC4_English.SkuDef" %COMMAND% and change the path to match the actual path to your game, and change the English SkuDef to whatever language you're using. This option will NOT work if you do not already have an EA account--the game will boot but you will be greeted with the second login screen without a create account option.

The following files can be renamed or deleted to skip the startup logo:

EALogo.snd
EALogo.vp6
