How do I get outlawed by the Senate?

How do you not know? Attack the other familys or the senate themselves.

After awhile the senate will start asking you to do crazy crazy things. Like kill your own faction leader. But the moment you refuse, it will be civial war between the julie, scippi, bruti, and the senate. First to take rome wins. You can simply choose to keep killing your leaders every turn. But eventually your whole family will be killed and you lose the game.

If however, you don't get asked to kill your leader often. Eventually the cival war will spark itself.
