Rome Total war retail cd key works but an expansion is missing

I activated Rome total war on steam with no problems with a retail CD key, however the key is for Rome total war, Barbarian invasion and Alexander. However when I launch the game only Rome total war and barbarian are options that I can play. Alexander is missing. Any ideas on why this might be and how I can fix it.

Hello Friend. In my case , the espanção Alexandre is a separate expanção the game, if the invasion is Barbara together ... Hope this helps ...

i have the same problem , got rome total war anthology with all 3 discs , but after i added the cd key to steam alexander was missing

Yeah it's a shame i'll just have to wait and see if anyone has a soloution.

Alexander on Steam is a separate game. Open a ticket with Steam support, and get them to assist in unlocking Alexander if Alexander is not in your uninstalled Games List.

I am having the same problem. I had a 3-disc retail version that came with both expansions. However, when I used the serial to activate the game on STEAM, only the main game appeared in my STEAM library and no DLC's or expansions show up.
