How do i kill an enemy spy?
Like my guys just walk over the spy.

Assassins are built at the forum I believe, so they aren't available right away.

Unfortunately on the offense it's only Assasins that can kill other characters. However there's a good chance the spy could be caught and executed while in a city or army due to their own deeds, and there's a fair chance of it happening unless the spy is amazingly skilled.

Early in the game, spies tend to have a 100% chance of success. You starting spy is quite good.
