How to heal units?

Hey!

After the battle some units are not complete because I suffered casualties during the battle. What I want to know is how I must do in order to recover the soldiers I lost. I mean, for instance, before the battle I had a unit 120/120 but after the battle I got 80/120. How could I do to make my unit 120/120?

Send that unit into a city that can make them, then go to retrain units and you pay only for the new soldiers also if the equipment is upgraped you get it plus experience (for bonuses as nike or mars) but new units are less experienced

The bodyguard units for generals replenish automatically at the start of the new turn.

Retrain them as people say, also some generals have doctor trait, which increases the chance of troops getting healed after a battle from wounds.
