How to play in windowed mode?
Hi Guys,

this has probably been asked before, but it wouldn't help my problem:

I can't get the game in windowed mode, nor in -ne, neither in -windowed.
Changing preferences didn't solve it either.

Whenever i use Steam in game to use other programms, the game freezes / breaks down.
Version is 1.51 i guess -

any clues?

Thansk,

M.

No idea? Does it work for you?

You can't play on true windowed mode, afaik. You can use -ne to get borderless windowed mode though. Then if you want the game to not take up your whole screen, you can lower its resolution in the graphics menu. The game "window" will then take up the top-left corner of your screen and can't be moved. Hope that helps! :RyseHelmet:

okay, now its working but the courser startet to blink and move in both windows...cant click the last third of the monitor.

I dont get why this isn't working, most others work. In the first starts i had no problems. :/

Thanks. -ne worked as desired. i just loaded this as I had to recover after a crash and haven't played since 2012, trying to find the games I might have to reinstall.... not R:TW kudos!

-nm is good too for 'no movies' to skip right to the game menu.
