will all moai games be able to play OFFLINE mode in steam client ?

hi, i own the old titles i can run these offline
But now i read that other casual developers started to use the savegames in the cloud meaning always online with the steam client is required, thats too much...

Browsergames is ok, they run from online servers but a local paid for game running always online is a no no

Can you ensure playing in OFFLINE steammode will always be the thing with the moia games ?
I own many games here and i can run 89% offline the few that cant i deleted from my disk and i wont be buying those from the publisher that make game that cant be run offline mode.
