A word about the "Cheating AI" achievement.

Just a heads up to everyone. Even though the achievement description says, "be defeated by an opponent on their first turn during single player quest mode " you can actually complete this achievement on tournament mode.

I was working on the tournament related achievements and had defeated the first opponent but only had like 12 health left. In tournament mode your health level gets carried over to the next fight which meant that I was starting the fight against the second enemy with only 12 health. On the enemies first turn they matched a series of skulls which caused over 12 dmg and defeated my fighter on the first turn, unexpectedly earning me the "Cheating AI" achievement.
