Is this game Cross-platform?
Is Titan Quest Anniversary Edition Cross-Platform with GOG version as well as consoles?

Not with consoles. Maybe with GOG, but I'm not sure.

No cross platform with console or mobile version. Also not sure about GOG but there is an alternative launch mode for running with epic crossplay I believe.

Now steam titan quest anniversary edition has cross platform with epic version. Whe you launch steam version, you have a menu and second choice is "Launch Titan Quest Anniversary Edition with Epic Crossplay Support".

I don't have TQ on epic so I never tried.
