No skin recolores in Egypt?

Maybe a stupid question but i switched from a bluish to a greenish armour and so i wanted to recolor my tunic accordingly, but i couldn't find any "color sellers" in Egypt. Why is that? Am i missing a DLC or smth?

Nope, just the recolor of your clothes

Misread your question. Sorry.
I remember now. The dies were added by Eternal Embers, for changing tunic colors.
Acts 1,2 + 3.
Sometimes you have to keep jumping from 1 merchant to another to find them.
Which always made that "Celtic Plaid" quest a pita (pain in the ass).

I used to have a mod that could alter skin color etc. Do not believe that actually works anymore.

you dont need any dlc or mod for chancing your tunic colour or even type

You do need the AE version.
