Sometimes you have to keep jumping from 1 merchant to another to find them.
Which always made that "Celtic Plaid" quest a pita (pain in the ass).
I used to have a mod that could alter skin color etc. Do not believe that actually works anymore.
you dont need any dlc or mod for chancing your tunic colour or even type
as swamky wrote check merchants of rhakotis and memphis
they never have any, but will check again, thx^^
