A summon druid is going to use very different equipment from a caster druid.
A sharder druid is going to want different equipment than a lightning druid.
Ice Sharder will want 300% (capped) casting speed, +4 skill to reach ultimate skill level and enough CDR to be able to keep Briar Ward up constantly as you move.
There’s a lot of gear in TW so it’s hard to specify each piece of gear. But for gloves Legendary Stonebinder’s Cuffs MI (for +3 skill) or Archmage clasp (for casting speed/cdr) are generally top options. You can get more casting speed on a ring (and put a Demon’s Blood on it for Vitality resist) or Stheno’s helm MI from gorgon. Talisman of the Jade Emperor artifact for CDR and resist. Other gear, look for stuff that fills in holes in your stats, resistances, defences, extra damage, etc.
What is the best
freyella 300% Elemental Damages but half dex half int or 100%+ Elemental Damages weapons but mex int
Probably Freyella, ice shards is a very spam heavy and stationary build; you will basically be standing still spamming Ice Shards inside Briar Ward a lot. So you should get excellent value out of Freyella. Dex is also a great secondary stat for builds as it gives Defensive Ability and lets you equip Stonebinder's Cuffs (legendary version requires 435 or so I think)
