"My suggestion is putting a shopkeeper right next to the Transmuter that buys items at their maximum price so you don't have to travel the east."
Regards to "maximum price", it's based on the Act and difficulty. Act 1 is like 75k. They're not going to add a new merchant that contradicts the whole of Atlantis, they've purposely set it to 150k max for the whole act. So they would have to change all of the merchants to 350k
I have a mod that sets Atlantis to 500k, if you want to use it only for orbs
If you want to set the whole of Atlantis to 350k like EE, you can create a mod for yourself, (if you didn't know, Eternal Embers on release was 750k merchant buy, that's the reason I created my own mod to revert it back)
I'll put you to the location of what you need to change if you decide you want to do it
the files you want to modify are in
Records\xpack3\items\merchant
all the dbr files are the merchants, under market Config
"maxPlayerPurchase" -> set value to your desired price
