PS4 Titan Quest Ragnarok and Atlantis Tinker affix crashes game

PS4, tinker affix in Atlantis DLC allows 2 relics or monster charms. However:

Well I finally farmed an armor of tinker for my toon so that he could put some hydradon hides on it and fight Cereberus a little bit stronger than before when I died.

First thing I found was I can't put two monster charms of same type on the armor. So I put a hydradon hide and a pristine plume.

Second thing I found was that reliably every time I equip the item there is an error and game crashes. I sent a report to SONY but I'm wondering if there are other TQ Atlantis PS4 players out there with experience on this?

Edit: oh crap looks like the game crashes now every time I load it. Can see the intro movies/graphics but then when I click to see my list of characters it crashes before I can view and select a character :(

Hi I decided I want to play TQ AE again. I had a bug (above) in TQ AE Ragnarok and Atlantis.

I need help how to solve the problem on PS4? Does anyone have a link to a PS4 forum? I usually don't use PS4 for video games much, but now I want to and I don't know where to get help.

So far I've tried uninstalling TQ AE and DLCs and then reinstalling them all and I'm still getting a crash and the same error message. I've followed Zyddie link (above) and filed a bug report, but un/re installing hasn't helped and there haven't been updates to PS4 system software or TQ AE on PS4 to solve the problem?

I finally figured out how to play the game again. I forgot about it a couple of years and then was anticipating TQ2. So I couldn't get the game to work even uninstalling and reinstalling but what worked was to erase my TQ1 data on playstation. So started anew. :)

I won't be visiting Atlantis again and get that tinker bug, but I can at least take more of a look at the other changes not related to the tinker items.
