Help with City of Atlas

So, I ran into Caanthus today, killed him, and decided to google him/her. Turns out I should have run into an NPC named Acrocatus, somewhere along the road, after I got off the boat in Mud Shoals. Now, I need to go back and find Acrocatus, as talking to him is a part of the City of Atlas quest. Can anybody help me out with a tip on where I can find this NPC? Otherwise, I've got a looooottttt of ground to cover, to try and find him.

That did help some. In that video, he is found between 12:00 and 13:00. I think I missed him because he is close to one of the trees with the Weird Fruit. Also, for anybody else looking for him, he is very close to the Outer Atlantis Portal; start your search in that area.
