Finding Arcane Formula - Talisman of the Jade Emperor and Legendary items

I try to find "Arcane Formula - Talisman of the Jade Emperor", Legendary items: Odysseus' Armor, Bracers of the Argonauts and Conqueror's helm, shoes for a month by bosses loot follow TQ Database but still can not find them.
Can anyone have them but not use them and give them to me please ? I am stuck at finding them.
Or any tips to find them ?

They already checked the database. Thing is the game uses RNG so you could find them anywhere. While the chances are better in some locations the % chance to get them is low regardless of where you look.

Sorry , I did not read the post properly - I only read the need to find items.
About Talisman of the Jade emperor , that formula I found a lot of, simply running around and testing the first areas of Eternal Ember.
I found most good armor farming telkines and bosses - the Database gives very good info about creatures loot , but it is of course very random.
