Grinding packs of quest mobs can be a good way to grab fast greens as they have higher chances to drop items (mobs drop what they wield so you'll only find the type of weapons that they actually use). Vendors sell greens as well so you can check them for items with good fixes.
Farm one every difficulty. Slam a Valor of Achilles on it. Job done.
However you want to replace it in Act 5 with the superior Einherjar's Fate which drops from the human enemies in Valhalla. This weapon is slower than the Sabertooth but this is compensated for by the substantial base damage increase over that weapon. Also its minimum and maximum damage is almost the same meaning it gives out incredibly consistant DPS.
Again I agree with Adrius in that you want to use the best Valour of Achillies that you have. ideally the Epic version with either % attack speed or % damage increase. The damage will likely give you more DPS which I prefer but the speed will help with passive proc's from skills.
I'm actually playing a Conq at the moment and am in Act 1 Legendary. I've been using an Act 5 Legendary Einherjar's for a while now. Nothing else that I've found does a better and more consistent job.
