Festering Wounds
Do someone knows how do you get this debuff and how do you remove it? I saw it today and I do not know why I have it.

Were you in a multiplayer game recently? If so, then a player or players were cursed with that and it got passed on to you since it affects all players in mulitiplay if one player has a curse or curses on them. Go to the new temple at Helos and use the shrine there to remove the curse.
