There are 8 shrines, taking each will give you a debuff. If you one have active, every monster you kill will now grant you electrum. You can spend the electrum at the transmuter there.
Each shrine will give you -% Resistance penalty, similar to the difficulty one. taking all 8 curses, gives -100% res
If your build is strong enough, you can take all 8 curses, earn electrum. (The higher the difficulty and act, the better the multiplier. Heroes/bosses give more than trash mobs) ideally you want to farm in act 5+ because of the formula.
If you are serious about getting EE items, this is the most effective way. Buy Electrum NORMAL orbs, not epic or legendary. They can drop legendaries and are the cheapest.
Are you sure EE set items are in there?
No, Pharaoh's are egyptian, Jade = china. Theban = egypt
JadeEmperor Orb (china EE)
That's all the set items that can drop from Jade, no full sets, but pieces. There's missing in each category. The rest can be gotten in EE. In the Egypt orbs, the born to rule set can drop, it might be the only full set that drops from both orbs. So the way you approach this is up to you.
