Titan Quest is made using Microsoft's graphic API DirectX and is therefore not meant to be a portable program.
The only way to be able to play on Linux or MacOS or other operating system is to use a virtual machine to simulate Windows. I do not own a Mac and would not be able to help you.
However, if there are solutions available this is in that field.
