While some combo's might be weaker than others, all of them can complete the game.
I haven't tried this myself but Channeler is the OP one now. I only know that after speaking to a few vets.
A couple of the more dominant builds I've done I guess was my Icescale reflection Templar and my pet/poison illusionist. Templar just walked through vanilla, 99.9% of stuff could barely scratch him while they killed themselves. Illusionist great survivability with extra health, good CC, Briar Ward for protection and wolves and traps for pet DPS.
Two auras that supply damage absorption (the best defensive stat in the game) and one offsets some of the negative of the other. Another skill, Distortion Field, that when it triggers makes you almost unhurtable.
LMB for melee and ranged in Favor and LMB for staff users in PT. Both at the top end of LMBs.
Two abilities to increase attack speed (Essence of Jade is just absurd). Two abilities to dodge projectiles, physical resistance and elemental resistance and two ways to reduce enemies resistances.
Seriously, Neidan paired with anything is absurdly strong (it's probably the best Mastery right now) but with something that gives damage absorption, it's a beast. This is also likely the best reflect build too.
