Possible secret items/areas?

So i was just watching a stream (CaptnN3mo great guy really fun to watch on twitch) and we were discussing the possibility of secrets in this game. There are so many things that i feel are out of place, but we focused on the stone henge like structure on the Mongolian Plateau(ACT3) and the destructible obelisk at the base of the scorpion king's temple. We don't see that animation anywhere else in the game afaik so they had to design that animation for some reason and it is the only destructible obelisk that we have been able to find. Plus it has been in the game for sure since IT maybe since vanilla i can't remember. Next, the weird stone henge structure in act 3 just doesn't fit the area. It might be a gravestone but nothing else in the game mentions it, its about as hidden as it gets and it just feels off.
Im going to be doing some investigating including The valley of kings so if you have anything to suggest or any contribution, please tell me because the thought of there being a burried secret in this game that nobody has figured out in 10 years fascinates me.

There is no secrets at all, they may have had plans for such things but nothing has come of it
