Any fun combo with a Theurgist?

I have played TQ for a long time and got it on Steam a while back and revisiting. I've always liked the Theurgist class and wodering if anyone has some tips for it and maybe even a suggestion for a cool/fun/odd multi-class for it. Or should I just go pure? :)

Dream works really well with it. Here's an old thread that uses only Spirit to get through normal (there is now an achievement for beating normal as a pure class) and then branches out into Dream: http://www.titanquest.net/tq-forum/threads/25924-Guide-Pwning-with-Spirit This should still work the same way in the Anniversary Edition, though Arcane Lore adds now twice the mana cost to Ternion than it did before (manageable, though). The STR stuff is optional, especially if you play solo without the xmax mod.
