I think I disagree with this. Players should have to decide what they pick up. If you add an instant sell item option, everyone will just take every single yellow+ item and turn it into cash. disrupting the pace of the game and making gold even less relevant, while removing that decision making process. That's probably why no ARPG offers that option, at least of the ones I'm familiar with. Torchlight and Torchlight 2, and I think their ancestor, Fate, have the pets that can be sent to town, but in that system there is a cost also (the pet's gone for some time and it too has limited carrying capacity).
This thread is kinda moot anyway.
Once TQ Vault is modded to work with the Anniversary version (I believe fans are already working on this) Inventory/stash problems will be no more.
No idea why it isn't a good thing.
TQ Vault has been working alongside the original game for years with no problems and when it is available for this version you will have more than enough space.
The devs have no reason to spend resources on adding more inventory and stash room when the community will do it.
You say it is easy to implement, but are you a programmer for Titan Quest?
Do you really know what is involved?
If you dont want to use TQ Vault because you insist that the devs implement more storage then I'm afraid you will be the loser.
If they don't implement that I'll just copy paste the same mule 50 times. Slight inconvenience but at least I know I won't have trouble with items being stuck in an inventory slot they don't belong to, or other various issues.
Hell, it's even easier than this. You can simply rename the caravan file for the character to something like "normal relics, epic relics", switch it to another file, and remake the game. You have as much stash space as your drive has gbs. With a few scripts you can have shortcuts on your desktop "switch to legendary swords, switch to epic axes", etc... Again: Just a matter of UI, you can already do everything yourself.
Oh good.
That hopefully is the end of this useless thread.
