Stats for rogue/hunter
Where should I be focusing my stats to be able to use good equipment for a rogue/hunter in the late/end game?

dex and strength, with a bias towards dex.
Dark Thoughts Sep 8, 2016 @ 7:24am
Most people go for str / dex 1:1 on pretty much every hunter combo..

For most masteries the easiest way to tell is to look at the bonuses from the main mastery bar (The big + button, hover over it.). If it adds points to STR and DEX, focus on those.

Rogue and hunter masteries provide huge bonuses to piercing damage. So you want to maximize you DEX and only get enough STR to equip your gear (check stats requirments here http://www.tq-db.net).

Don't put anythign anywhere, unsless your equipment demands it. You'd risk too much spending it blind. Get equipment and proceed accordingly to it's requirements and leave the stats to themselves.

Oh boy ...

Edit: fine RZ-028, removed.

But the differences in scaling don't change the fact that physical scales with strength and pierce/bleed/poison scales with dex, and to equip gear a Brigand will need both.

Please stop posting all this outdated information. Read the patch notes, everything scales differently now. All those old guides are wrong.

OK I was wrong but DEX also provides OA/DA, poison and bleeding damage bonuses. Full anniversary patchnotes are here btw http://titanquestgame.com/pcchangelog/TQ_AnniversaryEdition_FullChangelog.txt

Why is that not a sticky? :/
Looks like they also buffed poison / bleeding skills for hunting and rogue. Doubt it will be too useful later on because of how hunters nuke everything away at some point anyway though.
I wonder if people will go through testing all this stuff again though, maybe if the devs indeed continue to support the game instead of moving on. Otherwise I doubt too many people will return for too long.
