Just found this new option when launching the game.
What is it for?

It might be for people who are running with UAC at a higher setting than standard or off.

So far this fixes frozen mouse cursor on some systems.

I feel the graphic is more beautiful than the original mode,with the cursor moving has a little bit delay.May be it's my own illusion?
