What to do when the game crashes

Please write description how the crash happened,

I do not see a .dmp file in my immortal throne folder to send you. Is that because my game isn't actually loading to the point where a dmp file would be created? The only four files I see are:

log.html
log.xml
QuestEditor.ini
and a "Settings folder" with options.txt in it

Both log files update to the latest times when I attempt to start the game.

Are you up for fixing other long standing issues like the FPS drop when teleporting / dying or buggy quests (I could name two)? Is there a bug tracker to report general issues like that?

Had to stop playing this game due to freezing, black screen, crashes & possessed sounds through my headset. It's everytime I play the game & happens more than once each time. Too many times for me even though I have enjoyed playing so far. I thought Sacred 2 was bad for crashing every 5-30 mins but this game is nearly as bad. (& in Sacred 2 I could ride a horse).

I'll go back to the original & see how that goes.

70 min for me and 3 crachs (no message) and go desktop , I go stop this game 3 months .I go in fallout 4 and mods big textures and full graphisme = no bug .

Did you play with normal or fast game speed option?

Can you also send dmp file to our support email?

Full option graphisme , 60 fps . And in the speed in the game = bug . I'm on amd and I used to wait amd react , i am in the beta teste amd and send mail amd .

Mine working just fine, but every time i exit the game, my steam app crashing (not responding over an hour and counting). other steamapp exits dont causing steam app crash. also no sign of internet connection problem. what would have caused it? [win 10 pro, i7 6700k, gtx 980ti]

I was playing and the power went out at my place. Now when I try to start a game with that character the game instantly crashes. How do I fix this?

There should be a "backup" folder in your character's save directory (under my games etc) that holds the player.chr created at the last normal game exit. Try overwriting the player.chr in the normal dir with that.
