Anyway to reset 2nd mastery?
First run through on the game and currently running dream + spirit. Liking it overall but I am finding I don't care much for the exta pet. Or at least it wasn't what I was expecting I suppose. I am wanting to try the other masteries in combo of dream.

Anyway possible to reset my 2nd mastery so I can experiment more?

Download the TQdefiler, it will go bonkers saying the game path is wrong and all that, but it works. Been playing around with my masteries a lot, beware though...you can cheat very hard with this.

Finding a good mastery then make a new character from scratch with said mastery is fun. I didnt attack you because you use defiler, yet you come overly agressive back to me.
Why?
Play how you like, but the OP might look for other options then cheating himself.

Written words vs TS :) but its fine, apparantly you werent. But then you didnt try to be nice either so i guess it doesnt matter :)

I wouldn't mind starting a new character for a completely new idea/build but I simply don't have the time. Work and other life duties I am afarid. :-(

Will this stop me from being able to play online with others? I don't wanna get banned or anything. I also do not plan to cheat with this I simply want to experiment with another mastery at my current level.

EDIT: In other words I won't give my self extra skill points or anything like that - merely what I want to do if I had done a mastery reset in game. If that existed.

Not sure why they don't have a in game respec option, seems like a fairly common feature though?

Nah, it wont get you banned from playing online, been playing online a lot without any problems whatsoever. And yeah, i don't know, i also believe the mastery full respec should be an option in games like this. Maybe cost a lot more and require special items, but still an option you know?

If you have Ragnarok expansion and you have beaten the game on normal, it lets you start a level 40 character. That is another way to try out all the skills to see how they work. I name characters test, try out a couple masteries without equip to see how much area they cover and how they look etc. Then I just delete it and make a new character with the masteries I want.

Myself, I like learning by trial and error through just playing. Sometimes items will drop for a certain mastery, its like the game telling you to make a new character with all the great drops you got from the last one.
