How work host multiplayer?
i can't choose any map(on map window don't appear no map).... how work?

Same thing is happening to me, can join host or start any game online.

Under internet did you click connect and then register account?

I was about to ask the same question, but found solution:

Don't select 'Play custom quest' and host, select 'Play Titan Quest' instead and then host. With first option map selection is unavailable and you cannot start the game.

Options can be translated in misleading way in different languages, so just select first option in starting menu, because second may be described in the way suggesting multiplayer. And it is for multiplayer, but with bugged game hosting ;), so you just host with the same menu that you start single-player.
