Well, I'm not interested in details. The difference is already huge consider you have 3 dungeons. 5% total speed or 10% DA *3, that's 15% total speed or 30% DA. That's far more larger than 5% different elemental resistance previously.
So devs never learned from the problem in Ragnarok gear upgrade chest, and even made it worse. Fact is, players always wanted best of the best result, such one-time random reward is outdated game design from 10 years ago and already abandoned by new games. I can't imagine it happens yet AGAIN. No, you can't get the same passive in three dungeon or difficulty. Each dungeon at specific difficulty has different set of 4 passive that you can get. Hades = 1 set of 4 at Legendary, Egypt = 2 set of 4 at Epic and Legendary, Greece = 3 set of 4 for every difficulty.
My idea is game dev should change from get only passive for each dungeon 1 time after killed bossed of that dungeon 1st time to reset the passive they get from killed dungeon boss anytime. Passive effect active is still only 1 for each dungeon, but can reset so people can using the passive that useful for enemies they farming or facing in challenge.
I have the same issue, I cannot enter a dungeon if I have already unlocked it. Yet I can unlock new dungeons (with the same character).

I think they're just too lazy to manage their inventories, so they moan to the devs for more space. create a dump character for more space or throw crap away - simple.
And we've had the three bags ever since the original TQ, and we have got four expansions since then (IT, Rag, Atl, EE).
