Mysterious portal -> Fissure of Chaos

So i found some portal stone near Grisaeos Falls (up from save fountain location) in the middle of act 1, it teleports you inside of dungeon with tutoring tablet stone and 3 key sockets in the wall, but every time i click on a tutoring stone the message appears for 0,5 seconds then fades away, so i can't read it, cus just like any dialogue it takes time to scroll down.

New dungeon. You need special keys that can be obtained from end of act bosses to go in there.

Ah, I had this same problem.
The tablet started to speak then faded away before I could figure out what was happening.
So it's basically a new hidden dungeon type thing?

Yeah, the info scroll in the Electrum temple (in the starting town) disappears before you can read it, too.
