Titan quest anniversary update bug problem

Hi, since that i installed this version of titan quest supposed to be (NEW) my game run weirdly, all my fire or ice or other attack go too fast and spell to fast like a bullet shot, and on my dvd version of titan quest and titan quest immortal throne from 2007 with internet auto update i never had such bug problem, about the skill, and i dont know how ti fix it, can someone help me please ?
each time i use even a staff with elementary power, ice, electricity or fire, they all go too fast like if i shot with a rifle or submachine gun or any weapon and it piss me off terribly, even when not using mod, and with fresh install file, this bug still remain.... so i'm disgusted, already that all the normal titan quest dvd does not even works anymore on my window 10 pfff .... i cannot play any TQ,

You must have the game's speed up from normal, adjust it back down and it should fix your problem.

i recommend you delete your old Titan Quest with all extensions and saves...and install the new version and start from begin. it helps to avoid any bugs with saves/playing...

i still have problem, each time i use staff or kill any monster, they fall faster on the ground with no animation, i dont understand what the hell happens seriously and it make me angry, it's like if the game is broken, i re installed many time, same problem, with my dvd version and the auto update from the dvd my game was working correctly with animation slow like normal, and fire, ice or electricity were working correctly with slow , but with anniversary edition it's like if this game is not even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ updated.... pfff i cannot play i dont enjoy at all, and i play on normal speed but same bug, same problem , no blood, no effect od dying, no animation of monster when dying, i'm really pissed off of that.

same thing, it didnt fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BUG i have, i reinstalled this game more of 10 time, i'm done and bored now, this game dont works correctly for me, the skill ,the staff with magic powers all run very fast like when you shot with rifle , and the monster die too fast, i mean they have no animation of dying, the animal also collapse very fast on the ground with no animation, my game is bad, the dvd version was working correctly, so i'm very disgusted of this new titan quest, i cannot even play the dvd version anymore like it doesnt works anymore on window 10 pfff so i just uninstall , then f**** this ♥♥♥♥

Just enable Vsync in the game's settings. That fixes it.
