hallowed helmet/ divine necklace

are those 2 things affix for green item? or it is yellow item?
I have searching green item on act 3 normal vendor for 2 hours without any luck

also is there any setting to make green ring/necklace on vendor easier to spot?

Hallowed Helms are green items. Hallowed affix is on Helms only. Best way to farm is to portal between Zhidan and Chang'an and check vendors. Look to make sure there stock changes every time.
Divine affix only comes on amulets and is a green item. You might see +2 to separate skills more often. Such as "Warlords" = Warfare (Axe, Club, Amulet +2 skills Warfare), "Druids" = Nature (Staff, Amulet +2 skills Nature)
