It's a great little program to fit all your needs and you don't have to rely on thousands of mules.
Makes creating mules a lot easier than before.
Honestly though. Simply don't hoard everything. You never need more than 2 of each relic/charm. After Epic you might even just keep 1 for artifacts, because you will be using epics/legendaries that can't use them.
I'm close to finishing Legendary (at Act 5 now) and have 3 mules (one with legendary weapons, one with armor and one with artifacts/recipe's/old relics/charms. I keep legendary charms/relics in my main inventory because it gets really easy to combine them with the sort button. I don't really pick anything up anymore because I have more than enough gold. Basically only auto-loot stuff and legendaries.
I agree... however, when you don't know much about which artifact is useful, or if you want to try a few, or if you get a legendary weapon/armor/jewel/ring you will want to use more than one. Then you have to collect recipes, because not every recipe will be useful. Even if you farm and farm, some recipe (preferably the ones you seek) will not be useful. My character is 75, I could never get a recipe for Blood Gem or Effigy of Skyfire. Then you have to adapt... Especially when you encounter a boss for which a specific resistance is necessary : I play a pure caster character and am not very quick on keyboard for avoiding quick attacks.
I agree that a slot/act would be ideal : not infinite storing, but enough to store options and options for options.
