Jinghe Valley Gate
Just wanted to point out since I started a fresh character anew to get to Ragnarok & Atlantis, the bug with the Jinghe Valley gate not unlocking after talking to the Jade Emperor is still in the game.

Done but this has been a long standing issue since initial release that has never been addressed iirc. Something that def could be frustrating for first time players who don't know the work around of teleporting back to town.

I agree, if you forgot to capture the gate you can't teleport back at city.

Talking to Feiyan in Chang'an unlocks the gate. I have no idea why.

It is extra useless because if you can TP back to Chang'an, you don't need to open said gate.

Question is would first time players make it all the way from Chang'an to the Palace and back again in one play session - because that's what seems to cause it not to open. If you break the play session and start again from where you stopped the gate is fine. It's something in the continuous loop that it doesn't like.

I just ran into this glitch. Thanks for the info. I don't why but for some reason I assumed if the first gate was locked that means that second must also be locked so I must have missed something even though I always clear the map... I just how to tele to town and talk to the quest guy to open both gates
