How to start Eternal Embers?

I can't start this on Legendary if I played all dlc on normal ?

Starting from normal you would also have to do epic then Legendary, to start E.E.

Only way to start it if you don't already have a Legendary character that's killed Hades is to create a Legendary Hero and then jump straight into the Embers expansion that way.

They added an Accomplished Hero feature for players like you. Ragnarok has one also (lvl 40). As long as you own that DLC one of your character creation options is to create an accomplished hero. After creation you're set down at the start of that DLC.

How can I start this Ethernal Embers expansion? When I start the game, I am still on Atlantis expansion. And on the bottom right corner it says "Get Ethernal Embers". But I already have bought it...

Eternal Embers is a Legendary difficulty only expansion. So you need to either get a character through all the difficulties to access it or make a Legendary Hero so you can dive straight into it at L70. And try verifying the game files.

Ops. Thanks, but I just checked, and I haven't actually bought the expansion yet, LOL. I confused it with some other purchases...
Maybe it was on a discount recently, and I thought I bought it, but forgot to buy it...
