If you have x64 then the default option, Direct 9 is for older machines.
You can check the workshop and Nexus Mods. However my initial thought is that such a mod is unlikely to exist since its not a tweak but a fundamental change to the controls. It also seems a little niche. So your relying on someone else who also wants this scheme making it and thinking its worth publishing.
4 mouse buttons for skills that need targeting and 3 keyboard buttons for semi frequent skills not requiring a target is enough for probably most builds.
Other question, does anyone else have poor performance with this game?
I play ESO and everything is fine but in titan quest its kinda laggy idk, its not smooth at all.
My pc build is:
i5 2500k non-oc
RX 570
8gb ram DDR3
SSD 500gb + HDD 1to
I feel like i should destroy that game but i can barely get a 60 fps stable.
any tips ?
One of the main issues is that being a very old game / due to the way it was created it likes to mainly run on one core. Other cores are used but barely. So you can situations where core zero is maxed causing you problems whilst the other cores are barely used.
This link below explains what is going on. It also gives you a manual work around via Task Manager. In addition the chap has also created a tool to automate the process. You just run it and toggle the fix with a hotkey. As with anything use at your own risk.

Even if you don't want to use the tool or manual work around you can use the process to determine if it is your CPU limiting you. One of the early comments is from someone with your CPU and bad performance.
thanks i will look into this
