Hallowed Ragnarök / Atlantis MIs...

Just wondering:
I happen upon Monster Infrequent Hallowed headgear every once in a blue moon...
...but I so far never got any of those in Ragnarök or Atlantis - and that's not for lack of trying!

Standard Hallowed headpieces do occur, though.

So, has anyone ever found a Hallowed MI in Ragnarök or Atlantis? Or are they just as borked as the Dvergr Enchanting affixes are? Maybe one of the modding-experienced peeps can provide helpful wisdom here?

- M.I gears in Ragnarok and Atlantis don't roll with affixes like other acts' M.I items. All M.I armor parts roll with affixes of torso armor. It's can be false, mess,.. anything game dev did as "panic move" to released Ragnarok/Atlantis when it not compleletely finished.

Seems is a major bug/oversight from the devs.

The good part is that you can get veteran's in every MI slot? is a total mess.
